Shiloh International Ministries Centers is founded by Apostle Billy Fonfrel. Billy was born in Haiti to a Cuban father and a Haitian mother. His presence on the earth is living proof of the miracle of God. When Billy was just a baby, he became extremely sick, but God healed him. Billy came from a voodoo family, but grew up in a Christian home. Billy’s mother gave him to an orphanage, but he was rescued by a woman who took him to live in her home in South Neges (South Haiti). He lived there until he was 11 years old.
Billy gave his life to the Lord when he was 13 years old. The Gospel of Jesus Christ became a lifestyle for him. In 1996, after recovering from a terrible sickness, Billy began his missionary work throughout Haiti. His first missionary trip was in the Negres Fund, where he grew up learning about the Lord. His childhood memories were so profound that he decided to start a nonprofit organization called Christian Evangelists Club in Action Social (CECAS), to continue giving back to his community what the Lord has done for him.
Apostle Billy is the founder of CECAS which was created to preach the Gospel in words, love and actions. Pastor Billy's main concern was to deliver the Word in a way that he could reach out to young minds and help save their lives. Billy has been recognized as a brother rather than a Pastor. His unique style of leadership paved avenues which would open up doors to a larger vision than the Lord had in using the servant. Billy started ministering through words and music in church by the age of 15. He allowed the Holy Spirit to guide the less fortunate people who were thirsty for the Gospel.
In the early 1997 Billy furthered his education and enrolled as Bible student at Maranatha Theology School. He later became a leader at the Nazarene Church at God's Quest in Haiti, where he was featured on radio, television and worldwide through Christian media on the internet. Billy’s purpose in Christ became clearer through each experience, but this was only the beginning. The Lord had grander plans for this young pastor.
In 2000, Billy's mission continued in Florida. He left Haiti and made his way to Miami, where God continued to lead him and nurture his natural talents as a young preacher and musician. He became the youth pastor at in order to develop Jesus Christ Church of North Miami. As the Youth Pastor, working the Lord molded Billy by using his very own personality to relate to the children he leads. Billy not only teaches the value of the Gospel, he makes knowing the Lord enjoyable by organizing activities and concerts, and using music as an escape way to Christ,
Praising God, through worship and music ,has always been a vital part of Billy’s relationship with the Lord. Along the way, God gave Apostle Billy the opportunity to host a Gospel show on Horizon Lightning Radio Station in Florida. Billy later served in the United States Armed Forces for 8 years. Not only was he a psalmist and pastor, he also served America by defending the country.
While in the military, he continued to have a deep passion for preaching, missionary work and singing. His first album titled "Kenbe Jezi Pifo" was made after his first deployment overseas. Billy is a humanitarian who is filled with the compassion and love of the Lord for all people. Along with preaching the gospel, he has also helped build homes in Haiti, and also pays for the education of many young orphan boys and girls.
